Picture Polish Owl is a light brown holographic nail polish with holo flakes and will dry smooth on nails.

Created with Hvastogrammm in 2019.  In Mary's words, inspired by the beautiful feathers of an owl.

Clean nails before use.  Apply base coat.  Shake nail polish Owl and apply two (2) coats for complete coverage.
