You could pay for your purchases by Paypal and/or bank transfer. We prefer paypal payments, because of fast transfer.
Bank Payments :
You could make your bank payment to our bank account as external transfer. You need to make the transfer via your bank account externally. You will get bank info within order confirmation.
Please be informed that international bank payments might take up to 3-4 days and we will start proceeding your order after we receive your payment.
We accept PayPal payments. You could make your payments with your debit/credit cards via paypal without registering or via your paypal account directly.
On this website we require you to pay for your purchases by Paypal or any other methods which may be clearly advertised on this website from time to time. You will be asked to provide details of your chosen card each time you fill in your order. If Paypal is unable to charge your designated card, we will not ship the goods but contact you by email and ask you to contact your card issuer to sort the matter out or to provide us with alternative satisfactory means of payment. If you have continued difficulties with payment methods, we may cancel any outstanding orders.
If you want to cancel your order after you paid (before your package is shipped) and if you want a refund, you have to cover all the PayPal cost.

- IMPORTAN NOTE : You could order Nailland and Jewelland products together in the same cart and in this case, your shipping cost will be calculated accordingly. Thus, you do not have pay shipping cost twice or seperately!

All european orders are shipped by GLS, DHL or Hungarian Post, while all international orders are shipped by Hungarian Post only.
GLS - To Europe (Registered/Trackable) :
All shipments by GLS is trackable and guaranteed, so in case of loss and/or damaged packages, it is insured by GLS. You just need to prove it with photos etc. within 3 days, otherwise GLS does not give any compensation.

- IMPORTANT NOTE : DHL is charging extra "Remote Area Cost" for some shipping addresses (especially for remote addresses in Scandinivian countries). We do not know this in advance, we just could see this extra cost, when we create DHL pick-up label. In such cases, you may need to pay 5 or 10 eur this extra charge, based on DHL' rates. If your address requires this extra cost, then, we will advise you, before shipping and require the cost.
Hungarian Post- To Europe / To World (Registered/Priority)
NOTE : Since Hungarian Post has changed the shipping rates, as of August 1, 2019, therefore the new rates will be applied accordingly. There are two main rates now :
For All Countries (Europe/Worldwide) :
Between 1 - 5 pcs products : 10 € / Free shipment over 100 €
Between 6 - 25 pcs products : 25 € / Free shipment over 150 €
All shipments by Hungarian Post are registered, priority and partly trackable. In case of loss and/or damaged packages, Hungarian post does not supply a certain insurance, but they have a compensation policy. In such a case we are ready to help, but we can not take any responsibility of getting the compensation, so you should contact your local post office.
Below prices are included registration&priority cost, which is 3 € for each shipment
IMPORTANT : Since there is a weight limitation at Hungarian Post, you could order max. 25 pcs in one order. If your order will have more than 25 pcs, then, you need to place a second order for these extra pcs.
Delivery Time :
According to the Hungarian Post all packages typically take between 3 to 21 business days to be delivered, depending on the country and your local post.
Tracking numbers for international packages are provided, however the tracking information provided by the Hungarian Post does not update after the parcel has left Hungary. This means that the shipment info you will see about your package will be that it has departed Hungary and it arrived to the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and will not be able to provide you with any additional information about the whereabouts of your packages. You need to check it out with your local post, based on your tracking numbers. In case of lost and/or undelivery in your own country, we can not be held responsible, bcs it is your local post.
We are not responsible for any local custom tax or custom clearence issues, but we will gladly help you in such a case.
GENERAL INFO :
All reasonable care will be taken to suitably package the items in your order for shipping. In the event that any or all items in your order get damaged or go missing during shipping due to circumstances not caused by us or are beyond our control, we cannot be held liable.
IMPORTANT INFO : In case of damage /loss package by GLS, Please contact us within 3 days, because we have to inform GLS within 3 days, otherwise GLS does not take the responsibility and does not pay any compensation.
Any refunds/replacements are on a case by case basis. Please ensure that the correct address is provided. Also, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If your order is returned to us because an incorrect or inappropriate address was provided by you, you will have to pay for the additional shipping costs incurred to resend it to you.
Orders can not be canceled, after it is in "confirmed" status at our webshop.It's not possible to cancel a pre-order after the pre-order ends.
