Celebrate (H) is a holographic version of the original Celebrate multichrome polish. Celebrate (H) is added with a precise amount of fine and micro holographic glitter magic to add an incredibly sparkle to the polish. The intense color shift effect remains as spectacular as it always was!

Celebrate shifting through an incredible array of super violet, red, copper and elegant gold.. It is formulated to apply directly to the nail without the need for a base color. Fully opaque in 2-3 coats!
