Create outrageously neon nails with Pinkie nail polish.

Clean nails before use.  Apply base coat.  Shake Pinkie nail polish and apply two (2) coats for complete coverage.  Pinkie may dry a slightly matte so apply Looking Glass Top Coat for a super gloss finish. You will have the best neon nails in town.
