KBShimmer -PBE Chicago 2023 Exclusive - In The Loop

In The Loop – Each year I pick a photo related to the area Beauty Expo is being held, going through hundreds to find the right one. This year, a photo of Sears Willis Tower inside the loop at sunset may not have been our main image, but instead inspired In The Loop, our LE shade for PBE 2023. A faded orchid base is loaded with color shifting shimmer, showing off pink, red, orange and peach tones. Holo glow flakes add a dash of sparkle and shine, accenting the sunset like colors.
