Shipping Methods : 

All european orders are shipped by GLS and DHL Express, while all international orders are shipped by DHL Express.


1.GLS - To Europe (Registered/Trackable) : (As of April 01,  2024!)

All shipments by GLS is trackable and guaranteed, so in case of loss and/or damaged packages, it is insured by GLS. You just need to prove it with photos etc. within 3 days, otherwise GLS does not give any compensation.

* FOR UK shipments : As of 2021, January 1st, we ship by DHL without any extra custom fee! 


2. DHL Express - To Europe/Worldwide : (Registered/Trackable) : (Up to 2 Kg) (As of January 17th,  2024!)


- All international shipments will be shipped only by DHL

- For DHL shipments : Minimum order value should be 60 €, excluding the shipping cost! 

- For DHL shipments over 2 kg.,  DHL charges extra, in such case, we will advise you about the extra cost.


- For these EU countries : Min. order value should be 60 €, excluding the shipping cost!

Cyprus, Canary Island, Estonia, Finland,. Greece, Italy, Ireland, Island, Letonia, Litvania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Spain,

Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

- The cost of it : 25 €  / Free Shipment over 250 €

Delivery time : 1-3 days 


 - For USA & Canada :  Min. order value should be 60 €, excluding the shipping cost! 

- The cost of it : 30 €  / Free Shipment over 300 €

Price is excluded all local custom &other costs! Customer is responsible for any local tax or custom clearence issues. ( If you need a proforma invoice, please let us know in your order)

Delivery time : 2-4 days 


- For the Rest of World :  Min. order value should be 60 €, excluding the shipping cost! 

- The cost of it : 35 €

- You could track your orders via : 


1. DHL is charging extra "Remote Area Cost" for some shipping addresses (especially for remote addresses in Scandinivian countries). We do not know this in advance, we just could see this extra cost, when we create DHL pick-up label. In such cases, you may need to pay 5 or 10 eur this extra charge, based on DHL' rates. If your address requires this extra cost, then, we will advise you, before shipping and require the cost.

2. Above DHL shipping rates are up to 2 kg/package (app. 25 pcs of nailpolish or less of other products), for over 2 kg packages: DHL applies different shipping rates. In such case, there will be extra shipping fee and we will inform you accordingly, before shipment. Free shipping by DHL is also included in such cases.




All reasonable care will be taken to suitably package the items in your order for shipping. In the event that any or all items in your order get damaged or go missing during shipping due to circumstances not caused by us or are beyond our control, we cannot be held liable.


1. In case of damage /loss package by GLS, Please contact us within 3 days, because we have to inform GLS within 3 days, otherwise GLS does not take the responsibility and does not pay any compensation. 

2. Any refunds/replacements are on a case by case basis. Please ensure that the correct address is provided. Also, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If your order is returned to us because an incorrect / inappropriate address was provided by you or customs issues , you will have to pay for the additional shipping costs incurred to resend it to you.

3. Orders including reservations can not be canceled, after it is in "confirmed" status at our webshop.It's not possible to cancel a pre-order after the pre-order ends

4. In case order(s) is to be canceled by customer after confirmed and/or shipped, then, 10% of order amount will be deducted as operation cost  and paid shipping cost this amount will be not refunded!

5. In special promotions, days, occasions, we keep our right to cancel/freeze/modify  shipping cost, free shipping, pricing conditions accordingly. In such case, pls be advised according to our update information from online media.  

6. In Free-shipping orders, Nailland has right to choose/change the shipper company, based on circumstances ( high-season, cost, time, etc)
