Supply of Goods
The T&C applies to the use of this website, and to any contract between you and us for the supply of goods on this website. By confirming the T&C you also accept all Shipping & Payment Conditions and information.
In order to make purchases on this website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
You agree that all communications between you and us relating to this website and the purchase of any goods from it will be made by email, and that for all purposes a communication by email is to be considered a communication in writing. Our main contact email address is set out on our home page. We will always contact you at the email address you have given us when registering as a user of our website. When either of us sends the other an email to the correct address, the sender can assume that it has been received as soon as the recipient is able to access it. We monitor our email boxes regularly and we would ask you to do the same to make sure that all messages are read as soon as possible after receipt. By providing your contact information to us, you allow us to contact you by telephone, facsimile and e-mail, and to advise you of products and services which may be of interest to you. You also expressly permit us to send you electronic messages containing such information.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is just an acknowledgement that we have received it. Once we have received payment for your order, we will accept your order to purchase the goods.
Minimum order value is 19.90 eur and 5.990 HUF, before shipping cost.
Refusal of orders
Nailland reserves the right to cancel part of an order or whole orders under certain circumstances without prior notice. Payments will be refunded ASAP if payment is made. Nailland Int. also reserves the right to refuse to serve customers that there has been problematic with in the past. Intellectual Property Rights Your use of this website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks, and all other intellectual property relating to the material displayed on this website. You may save or print any web pages or order forms as you make purchases from this website or to provide you with records of your purchases or of goods you want to buy. However, you must not copy, download or distribute any material from or pages of our website for any other purpose. Colours We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our goods that appear on this website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour or design of products will be completely accurate. If you are uncertain about a colour I strongly suggest that you use Google to get a better idea of what the colour will look like on your nail and maybe a better picture of the bottles. Limitations and Exclusions We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect or consequential losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity). We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the T&C where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control. We do not warrant and we exclude all liability in respect of the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or legality of any information accessed using our services or website or otherwise; and your use of any information or materials on our website (which is entirely at your own risk and it is your responsibility). From time to time there may be information on www.nailland.hu that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
If your goodies came broken, damaged or defective, we are very sorry and can either refund or replace the product. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order – [email protected]
If the problem involves a broken/damaged bottle, please be sure to prepare photographic proof to support your claims. For GLS and Hungarian Post shipments(registered) are insured by the shipper accordingly.
We might replace/refund only full-priced products, however, we can not replace/refund discounted/promoted items.
Due to the nature of our products sold, we cannot accept returns since we are unable to tell if the product has been opened or used. Please understand that this is a hygiene issue – we want you to be happy so if you have any questions or concerns before buying, please feel free to contact us.
GENERAL INFO :
All reasonable care will be taken to suitably package the items in your order for shipping. In the event that any or all items in your order get damaged or go missing during shipping due to circumstances not caused by us or are beyond our control, we cannot be held liable.
IMPORTANT INFO : In case of damage /loss package by GLS, Please contact us within 3 days, because we have to inform GLS within 3 days, otherwise GLS does not take the responsibility and does not pay any compensation.
Any refunds/replacements are on a case by case basis. Please ensure that the correct address is provided. Also, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If your order is returned to us because an incorrect or inappropriate address was provided by you, you will have to pay for the additional shipping costs incurred to resend it to you.
You can't cancel your order after it is confirmed at our webshop.It's not possible to cancel a pre-order after the pre-order ends.
Pre-orders are for items which are not currently in-stock. Pre-order is a service that lets you order a product before the official launch date.
IMPORTANT : It's not possible to cancel a pre-order after the pre-order ends, because it has been ordered for you already!
Some popular products may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. This means that the products are currently out of stock but that there is a shipment on their way to re-stock them. Ordering a product that is currently on back order means that you will get it for sure and it will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!
IMPORTANT : It's not possible to cancel a back-order after it has been placed, because it has been allocated to you!
IMPORTANT INFO :
- If your order contains any Pre-order or Back-order product(s), shipment will take place, when this product(s) is in our stock and your order turns to "Shipped" status!
- If you place a "Reservation" order, it means this product is reserved for you without shipment. Shipment will take place, when you place your main order and add your reservation to it. For more information, please check : http://nailland.hu/en/reservation
- PRE-ORDER/BACK-ORDER items and IN STOCK mixed orders: If you place an order for a pre/back-order item in addition to an item currently in stock, we'll hold the item currently in stock and ship your order in full once your pre/back-order item(s) arrive. Please place a separate order for in stock items if you would like them to be shipped immediately.
Due to the nature of pre/back-orders, processing times vary.
SPECIAL PROMOTIONS / DISCOUNTS :
When there is a special promotion or dicscount and you order without using it, it is not possible to cancel your order because of it.
Discounted items/rates and promotions may be different between www.nailland.hu and our Westend. Because they are two different sales points. We will not accept any reclamation related to this matter and Nailland reserves the right to apply different discounts/promotions anywhere.
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities. Non-personal identification information We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
