is is a lightly tinted blue base with large particle pink/gold/green shimmer and holo dust. It is fully opaque in 2-3 coats and can be used as a topper.

This is a charity polish to aid those affected by the California wildfires. My heart breaks for them!!!

The polish will be on sale for the month of January. 50% of each sale will be donated the first week of February.
