Cadillacquer - Otherworldly

Otherworldly. This is a sibling to Nightbook . I really loved this formula and couldn’t let it go! Instead of white/colorless this is shifting to a dusty, teal leaning blue in the warm state, with a purple to red shimmer and blue and green reflective glitter
