Cheers to 9 Years is a blackened violet jelly base, aqua magnetic, holo and bright pink reflective glitter. I did 3 coats. Unmagnetized on my pinky, cat eye magnet on my middle finger and thumb, velvet affect with my PPU magnet on my ring and pointer.
