KBShimmer - Basic Training Nail Polish Base Coat

Every polish wearer needs a good base coat. Basic Training is a base coat that acts like double-sided sticky tape. It helps to create a long-lasting bond between the nail and polish. It also helps prevent staining.

Notes: I find base coats to be a very personal preference. This is not a strengthening base coat, nor is it an aqua-type base. It is just your standard base coat.
