I love looking for new foods in areas I visit, and knowing minutes away is an awe-inspiring layered ice cream cone, you bet I will be heading to Orland Park try one! A creamy near neon orange, this shimmer nail polish shade is like orange sherbert in a bottle. A strong shimmer shows off with green and gold hues. While the green is a bit camera shy, it pops in person for a jelly like shade that layers well in 2-3 coats.
