The paperwork involved to organize Polish & Beauty Expo seemed never-ending! The state, county, and city all wanted a piece of us to issue our licenses and permit. Luckily, I have a rock star team who helped get it done, so now we can use that experience to name this shifty shade.

License To IL is a grape-leaning purple shade loaded with color-shifting shimmer. Showing off a rainbow of hues, this shimmery shade also features holographic micro flakes for an extra hint of sparkle.
